Orders which have been fully paid and submitted will dispatch within 7 business days, unless mentioned otherwise in one or more of the purchased product(s)’ page, or any other page concerning one or more of the purchased product(s) on the website.
In exceptional cases when a certain product is out of stock the client will be notified via email (to the email address which was given upon checkout) about it within 7 business days and will be offered one or more solutions.
Cancellation of orders is possible before the order is dispatched. In case of order cancellation a refund will be issued within 7 business days (transfer fees may be deducted).
For cancellation of orders before dispatch: the client will open a “Cancellation Request” by email. The “Cancellation Request” email will be sent to: oron@NPM.co.il and must contain the order number. The “Cancellation Request” email must be sent from the same email address which was given upon checkout.
For returning dispatched orders: the client will open a “Return Request” by email. The “Return Request” email will be sent to: oron@NPM.co.il and must contain the order number and the reasons for return. The “Return Request” email must be sent from the same email address which was given upon checkout. Open or used products will not be eligible for refund.
Returned products must be sent back to NPM’s address independently by the client (Goshen Ave. 6, Kiryat Motzkin, 2631001, Israel). All shipping costs, handling costs, taxes, fees or any other expenses that may occur due to returning a product will be covered entirely by the client.
FEES & OTHER TAXES
There is a possibility that import taxes, additional delivery charges and/or other fees will be taken into calculation and charged by the shipping company for certain orders- depending on various calculations such as the order size, content, value, shipping location, etc.
All fees, taxes and other additional delivery charges will be covered by the client. Fees, taxes and/or any additional delivery charges which will not be paid might lead to the package being abandoned or returned to sender by the shipping company and such orders will not be refunded or replaced by NPM. It is the client’s full responsibility to claim the parcel from the shipping company and/or customs in their area. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded even if returned to sender.
In order to avoid any inconvenient situations we recommend checking the requirements and regulations in your shipping area regarding of importing our products before ordering.
Warranty for NPM’s devices (Oron 56, Oron 57, Oron 58, Oron 58s, Oron 60, Ilay Exclusive Collection series, GLOW 7, GLOW 10, GLOW Unlimited, Hand-Piece) is 12 months from the date of purchase. In order to use the warranty please contact NPM via email to: info@NPM.co.il . The warranty will not apply in the case of: The removal of the warranty sticker from the device, damage that is the result of breakage, negligent maintenance of the device, an electrical short-out, from the irregular supply of electricity (power outage), the device becoming wet, the device being dropped or any accident whatsoever, including damage caused by nature or force majeure. The repair of breakage of any sort whatsoever involves payment. The validity of this warranty will expire in the event of any change whatsoever and/or any repair that is made to the equipment other than by a person who has been authorized by “New Permanent Make Up Ltd.” and/or the use of chemical materials and/or water.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
